I grew up on a dairy farm in southern Iowa, where I learned early on that hard work, helping your neighbors, and showing up when people need you really matter. Those values still guide me today as a Realtor licensed in both Iowa and Illinois. Over the past five years with Ruhl&Ruhl Realtors, I’ve helped clients through 55 real estate transactions across the Quad Cities, including Davenport, Bettendorf, Moline, Rock Island, Eldridge, and surrounding communities.
Before real estate, I spent 20 years as a local teacher librarian, helping people find the information they needed and making complicated things easier to understand. I bring that same patience and care to every buyer and seller I work with. I especially enjoy helping first-time homebuyers find “the one,” guiding families through senior moves and estate sales, and assisting clients who are relocating or looking for a rural acreage.
I want my clients to feel comfortable asking questions and confident about what comes next. I take the time to explain the process, study the market, and point out things that may deserve a closer look so we can bring in the right professionals when needed. My goal is to make the experience feel less overwhelming and a lot more personal. Real estate is never just a transaction to me. The relationships I build with my clients are the best part of what I do.
When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me landscaping my yard, baking something at home, spending time with my family and our three rescue dogs, supporting local schools/teachers, or checking out one of my favorite Quad Cities coffee shops or Mexican restaurants.
